Mark Ward wrote this message about this car, "This is the coupe with a Hemi
in it that Dick and I tried to take to the 1962 cup race but it only got 2 mpg
on straight alcohol and there was no way we could carry enough fuel to make the
entire race. We tried to tune it to burn gas but ended up scattering the
engine so I ended up on Pombo's pit crew that year."
